I shed a tear that matched your own

Our tears found each other and embraced, forming a small puddle

The puddle sank into the dirt and the interwoven roots of two trees welcomed it

The trunks of the trees were leaned towards one another

While their branches reached out and held to the other for support

As the mighty wind roared, the trees were immovable

They were stronger together than apart

Just like us

About samlobos

I am an avid fan of creating narratives in my head about random experiences and quotes for future books I will probably not write. I harbor a 15 year old girl in my psyche and like to solve world issues when I'm half asleep. View all posts by samlobos
